The creation of these hats was a super loved up story which I gushed about around this time last year on my blog, they’re made of super soft undyed cashmere – I haven’t updated the images but there is a rasta version and a bobble free version of the men’s hats as well. They’re good ones for fussy hat wearers in cold climates, I force them on everyone I know!
ECO HOW? Handmade in England from the soft undercoat of a unique flock of goats bread on a farm in Devon where the fibres are treated with as much care as the rare animals who produce them. 25% of each sale goes to a charity of the customer’s choice. An additional 10% is invested in a Kive.org entrepreneur.

I
bought these for my husfriend last Christmas and I swear they haven’t left his
head area since, the ‘chord free’ option keeps big ole boys like him from
getting tangled while running or working out, he uses them to listen to
podcasts while cooking, pumped up jams while road trippin’ and just about
everything in between. I got myself a pair of their earbuds which worked like
wonders until they got caught in the rain!

Most dudes I know are not the most graceful of fellas, my husfriend alone has gone through numerous pairs of plastic sunglasses primarily due to bad storage choices or the ocean, so sunglasses made 20x stronger than plastic which come with a lifetime warranty on top of being eco friendly, floatable, and dang nice are huge selling points for me.
ECO HOW?
They make their glasses from ten layers of carefully layered, cross woven and forged together eco friendly bamboo. In addition to their environmental commitments, they have also partnered with Optometry Giving Sight so that each pair of sunglasses purchased give the gift of vision to someone in need.

There are tons of men’s clothing brands that are amazing, I could feature quite a few here but I’m going to go with Outerknown as it has a grander selection of choices. It is a partnership between surfer Kelly Slater’s and menswear designer John Moore and they make some pretty nice threads for the gentleman of the world.
ECO HOW? They have partnered with the Fair Labor Association to ensure they are upheld in protecting and promoting working conditions along their supply change, they’ve also partnered with Bluesign, which eliminates harmful substances from the beginning of the manufacturing process where the biggest environmental impact is made. They use products such as ECONYL (made of continuously recyclable fishing nets) and Hemp Organic Cotton, amongst other sustainable sources.
