I decided to just make a tiny bowl to start. You can change the denominations as you like, it is basically just one part coconut oil, one part baking soda then mint essential oil drops to taste.

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbs Coconut Oil
1 Tbs Baking / Bicarbonate Soda
10-ish Drops of Mint Essential Oil
HOW TO
1. Measure out your goodies
2. Bung it in a bowl
3. Mix It

I love this! I have kind of a weird question, though. Do you spit it in the sink when you're done? My plumber told me never to spit coconut oil down the drain, because it can re-solidify in the pipes, clogging them and causing permanent damage. So now anytime I do oil pulling (which is not often, actually), I spit it out in the trash.
